QAD is searching for a full time Facilities Maintenance person to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry, painting, electrical, HVAC, preventative maintenance programs, buildings and grounds upkeep, and CNC machinery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Perform Preventative Maintenance on all equipment within the building
- Fix or Repair malfunctioning equipment or systems.
- Daily Housekeeping and Cleanup of any repairs
- Upkeep of HVAC System, Air Compressor, Chillers
- Maintain the building and grounds of any repairs
- Maintain a state issued driver license
- Take ownership on any training / certifications needed
- Be able to work independently with minimal direction
- Operate any hand tools needed to do the job.
- Makes all carpentry, electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs
- Operate Forklift and Scissor Lift
- Follow all applicable safety rules and procedures
- Report work accomplished orally or on written work order to supervisor
- Day Shift – 8-5 Schedule, however, must have the ability to work on varying schedules which might include shift work (day or nights), weekdays or weekends and some holidays (as needed)
