Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative / Customer Service professional. This role focuses on supporting our dealer network, processing orders, resolving product inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships. If you have a passion for excellent service, a knack for communication, and strong organizational skills, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Provide responsive customer support via phone and email
Enter and process sales orders in the order management system
Make outbound calls to maintain and grow dealer relationships
Promote and sell new and existing QAD products
Troubleshoot product inquiries and provide technical assistance
Represent QAD at annual industry trade shows
Prepare return authorizations and maintain daily activity records
Ensure accurate dealer representation on the company website
Collaborate with team members and other departments
Stay current on archery product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications
2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience (sporting goods or outdoor industry preferred)
Archery knowledge is a strong plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office and order entry systems
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude
High level of integrity and professionalism
